Description from architect YCL studio:
One big space with 3 doors. The first door belongs to the bathroom, the second belongs to the bedroom and the third belongs to your imagination. Three colorful doors in main space ARE as big abstract paintings that give a playful aproach to contemporary interior.
Living space divided into two zones: kitchen – dinning area and lounge. Terrazzo like tiles and wooden floor divides apartment into two equal zones, one of them is more practical while the other one is more cozy.
Big kitchen isalnd serves as main meeting space for dwellers and guests. In order to hide its massive volume almost all of the kitchen island is covered in reflective surface and it gives a levitating feeling for black compact HPL tabletop.
Clients wished for a big bathtube. We have instaled 1900 mm x 1200 mm bathtube and it is amzaing, it feels that you own a small SPA to rest after hard day at work or after A long walk on weekends.
When the evening comes one single thin LED line crosses all the main living space. It is connected to oposite walls and during the day RAISES a questions: what is that?
We love small apartments, since it is challenging to make them memoriable and atractive, but also functionaly comfortable.
