The main idea of the project is memorable colors, not standard design and customized elements of furniture and decor. This project is an apartment for rent. Feature – voiced budget and full freedom of action from clients, without exceeding agreed cost of the entire project

The main thing is to be comfortable, functional and not standard.

Initially, the apartment was free layout. Unchanging premises – entrance hall, loggia and bathroom – conditioned the constructive scheme of the entire residential complex and did not change them capabilities. Considering the existing layout and arrangement of windows – accepted glass partition solution that will separate the bedroom from the rest of the area and kitchen studio with living room. Such a decision helped to preserve space, light and leave in sight large windows in each of premises.

The main accent of the whole apartment is terracotta color, which is displayed with using decorative plaster in bedroom, on the wall of the working area. which located on the loggia and in the bathroom. Same additionally, this color was used in furniture elements for a complete combination all stylistics. The entire floor in the kitchen areas and living room – polish porcelain stoneware by TUBADZIN Aulla graphite 120 * 60cm with warm electric floor for comfort. On the wall – as a decor corrugated tile Marca Corona Regoli matt black.

In the living room – modular sofa FlexCube from SophieDecor, individual pedestal from chipboard and metal in gray and terracotta flowers. On the wall hanging shelf Linear by Archdepfurniture

In the kitchen area used semi-bar table and chairs Ukrainian design individual making

Used in the bathroom collection of Italian plumbing New Form and GLOBO. Rest elements: pedestal, mirror illuminated, shower room partition and shelves in soul – Ukrainian design and manufacturing.

Bedroom – spacious with a large window and behind a glass partition with curtains. Accent – terracotta wall behind headboard. As bedside nightstands – metal tables from Archdepfurniture, in the same color as wall, Ukrainian production, instead of standard sconces – round black wall lamp and table lamp NordLux brands.

A place was allocated on the loggia for working area. or for a toilet table, if necessary.
