MAKEIN- Minimalist studio apartment

Restrained color range, minimal decoration, and maximum space available – these are three concept fundamentals forming the project itself.

The apartment is located in an old brick stone multi-story building and designed for one person.

White is the primary color of the whole apartment, the contrasting combinations of textures and color accents emphasize the graphic and masculine characters of the space.

The first and the main wish of the owner was a clear delimitation of functional areas. That’s why the kitchen and living room are separated by a partition with an interconnecting window.

This decision was adopted to combine the space visually.

All things and devices are carefully hidden behind cupboard doors and hinged bollards, furniture is laconic and simple.
