A Refined Contemporary Home by the Mediterranean.
This two-storey contemporary villa with a total area of 280 m² is located in Limassol, in the quiet residential area of Agios Athanasios. It was designed for a young couple who live and work from home.We named the project N&A after the clients’ initials, and the name remained.
DRAWING
The architecture and views play a central role in the project and become an integral part of the interior. With its geometric form, panoramic windows, terraces, and pool, the villa opens directly onto the Mediterranean landscape.
The interior follows a minimalist approach with subtle elements of refined eclecticism. The design is based on a monochrome palette, Greek marble, and natural walnut.
The ground floor is conceived as a single open space, where the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, and the dining area flow seamlessly onto the terrace and towards the pool.
The main living area opens up through panoramic windows and 7 m-high ceilings, filling the space with natural light and a sense of airiness.
The interior remains calm and neutral, free from visual noise. Decorative elements are used selectively: handmade ceramic light fixtures, and carefully considered proportions and details that emphasise the structure of the house.
Minimalism is a tool here, keeping the interior timeless while bringing out the architecture and its connection to the landscape.
Each area of the house is designed around everyday scenarios: morning coffee on the terrace, gatherings with friends, and music and movie nights at home. Private spaces are designed for each owner: a piano and vinyl corner, a library, and a home gym, supporting their daily routines and hobbies.
Project N&A is a contemporary home without decorative excess, where materials, architecture, and layout work together to create a sense of comfort and harmony with the outdoor environment.
