The common area is a shared space through the dining room, living room and bar area.
The dynamic planning allows the family to use the space together without interfering with each other.
The windows in this case open to the 220-meter distance of the Sports Park, and the TV wall position allows these three spaces to enjoy the view from the windows and share the need to watch TV, bringing together the different functions of the family members.
The original master bathroom with only a bathtub was transformed into a shower room with a bathtub and separate wet and dry rooms through a wall opening to combine the master bedroom and bathroom, thus increasing the spaciousness of the master bedroom. The partition wall of the room is appropriately opened to increase the light in the dark area.
