The space was designed for the IT company “Kod Otkrytiya,” which develops software for Sheremetyevo Airport. A key requirement from the client was to avoid direct aviation references and instead create a concise, functional, and uncluttered office focused on the team’s daily work.
The building has a linear, elongated form with unconventional geometry. The office layout follows a circular principle with a minimal number of corridors. All key functions both work and recreational are concentrated in the central part of the space, ensuring quick and convenient access to all areas.
We introduced two core zones that accommodate all service and support functions. This allowed us to place workstations along the фасades, maximizing access to natural light. The central areas are separated from the open-space zones by glass partitions, allowing light to penetrate deep into the office.
The main recreational area is located beneath a glass dome. The space is designed as multifunctional: a semicircle of sofas and a large media screen allow it to be used both for relaxation and for team meetings and presentations. It is separated from the open space by metal chains that function as visually lightweight curtains.
The reception area is built on contrast. Its central feature is a green cube that welcomes visitors and creates a focal point. It is balanced by a multimedia reception desk displaying the company’s logo.
Meeting rooms are distinguished by color and materials, making them stand out as individual accents within the space and simplifying navigation.
The office program includes:
— 110 workstations
— 4 private offices
— 6 meeting rooms for up to 5 people
— 2 kitchens with dining areas located in different parts of the office
