On a compact area of 39m2 managed to place a spacious apartment “BR apartment” for a secluded holiday in Odessa. The main task was to place the main zones taking into account the view points on the sea, which is visible in the space between the dense surrounding buildings. As well as the desire for maximum open space. The entrance area is combined with the living room, and a spacious storage system is located along the entire wall. Performing also a formative function, because in plan, the apartment is trapezoidal – with the help furniture we achieved the alignment of the angles to 90 degrees.
Spacious living room without extra furniture is also oriented to the sea. The sofa area provides additional sleeping space. The bedroom is visually a little isolated and raised to the podium, which allows you to enjoy the sea view from the bed. As well as the podium functionally goes to the seat place in the kitchen with the same output orientation. The kitchen is equipped with all built-in appliances. And furniture construction in a single finish goes into the box, separating the bathroom with a hidden door.
The apartment is not overloaded with bright accents and textures, preferring laconic forms and color combinations.
