This case is located next to the waterfront, with a vast river bank, and the night view of the city gradually in the evening; to be able to overlook the complete view of Taipei 101 is undoubtedly the first condition for the owner to choose a house, in order for the owner to achieve his dream and make the dream closer to life. Despite the old age of the house, the designer changed the layout so that as soon as the door to the home opened, the whole view of Taipei 101 was greeted.
Also due to the hospitable personality of the homeowner, we plan the public space to the maximum, and use Dazhong Island to connect the circulation of the entire public domain. Not only the main axis of the space, but also the interaction and communication between relatives and friends, the Dazhong Island is used to replace the dining table. , And plan an uninterrupted return-type movement line, so that life or guests come to the home have an unfettered feeling.
The whole room uses earthy beige as the main color, and the low-chroma beige exudes low-key elegance, making the overall space simple and elegant.
The use of matte white marble as the main wall of the TV makes the space not too high-profile, and the non-reflective matte stone is more pure; Malay paint is used to extend the sense of space.

The bedroom is simple and comfortable, and a comfortable couch that can sit and lie on the side of the scenery can also increase storage; both bedrooms are planned to go out and hang clothes to make the clothing classification more clear.
Cosy and Cozy are the terms of European and American comfort. They represent a comfortable home for both the designer and the owner after the integration, and also represent the comfortable residence of the owner C&C.

The homeowner focuses on audio-visual equipment, so a hidden projection screen is planned on the main lighting surface of the living room. Whether the projection screen is pulled down during the day and night, the space will immediately change the audio-visual space, satisfying the audiovisual visual enjoyment of ordinary life and condensing the gathering of friends Joyful atmosphere.
