Project description from design firms MAST Architects
The apartment is located in the contemporary residential complex WEST GARDEN — a district where the dense urban fabric meets quiet courtyards and generous green spaces. The development is distinguished by its thoughtful infrastructure, the privacy of its enclosed quarters, and the atmosphere of a calm, almost boutique community.
The living room, kitchen, and dining area are united into one bright space. To preserve the sense of air and openness, the kitchen is designed as a suspended structure with concealed appliances and a floating lower block — visually freeing the floorline. The dining area by the window forms its own intimate, circular moment, while the sofa area becomes the central compositional anchor.

The bedroom is located to the left of the entrance and separated by a mirrored sliding door.
The wardrobe sits to the right inside the bedroom and is enclosed with a glass partition — keeping all functions in place without introducing visual clutter.
The bathroom continues the marble story of the kitchen, extending the material logic across the home. The laundry and storage area is hidden deep within the built-in block, maintaining visual quietness.
