Project description from design firms Dudu Cohen
Sea view penthouse apartment, only 300 meters from the beach.
Inspired by the sea, wind and sunset.
The entrance floor includes a living room, a formal dining area and an indoor pool additional dining area, front and back kitchen, all with a breathtaking open view.
On the living floor there are bedrooms for the children, a study and a spacious master Bedroom. All rooms face the sea.
All carpentry and furniture work were done especially for this project. All textiles, carpets as well as bedding and pillows were specially sewn in accordance with the character and design of each space.
LIVING ROOM

The apartment is on the 32nd and 33rd floor, the view is breathtaking. Every time I visit the apartment, I go up to the roof for a moment to breathe in the sea, feel the wind and the sun.
The sea, the wind and the sun were a main source of inspiration. A main part of the project was the search for natural, beautiful and high-quality materials to bring the feeling of the outdoors inside.
The floor is a large silver travertine stone slabs, In the entrance area and the main dining area, we created a special wall covering from three-dimensional stone specially imported from Italy.
PLAN

All bathrooms are covered in light stone as well. The carpentry of the cabinet is made of walnut veneer with beautiful details of brass and smoked glass.
All carpentry and furniture work were done especially for this project. All textiles, carpets as well as bedding and pillows were specially sewn in accordance with the character and design of each space.
The kitchen was made in collaboration with poliform Italy, pleasant and beautiful walnut cabinets, quartz stone surfaces with hidden lighting.
Furniture in the living room is made by Minotti, Dining area by gallotti&radice , Master bedroom and office by Giorgetti.
DINING

The project was done in a record time of one year, all the planning, design and execution happened on the fly so that we could adjust the result to the exact requirements of the tenants and so that we could reach a complete, beautiful, and contemporary penthouse apartment with the sense and feeling of living by the sea.
The tenants did not want to see visible TV screens, so the main challenge was to hide the screens in the floor and ceiling. In the living room, the TV screen is hidden under the floor and in the bedrooms the TV screens are hidden in the ceiling.
A significant part of the lighting was specially designed for the project from onyx stone, in the dining area there are two large lighting fixtures and, in the kitchen, there is also a large lighting fixture in the shape of an infinity onyx as well.
