Apartment 1 – a glossy paragon of modern neoclassicism
Apartment 1 is more than just an interior; it’s a meticulously designed environment for stylish, fulfilling, and comfortable living. Here, neoclassicism meets the latest interior trends and practical solutions, and every detail – from color to lighting – harmonizes with the owner’s mood.
The apartment’s central feature is the photo zone, where every detail has been carefully considered. A floor-to-ceiling mirror opposite the window creates the perfect setting for daytime shoots. Soft, diffused natural light, the tall mirror, and the calming background create studio-quality shots. There’s also a multifunctional desk, perfect for working on a laptop, applying makeup, or performing daily beauty rituals. This is not just a space, but a lifestyle nook for yourself.
The flooring is premium laminate with a lemon nut texture. It not only visually imitates expensive wood but also conveys the tactile sensation of real parquet. Its complex hue and natural texture lend warmth and class to the interior. A stretch ceiling with invisible seams emphasizes the architectural purity of the space.
Adjustable spotlights create a flexible system of lighting scenarios. Almost every lamp, chandelier, and backlight can be controlled individually: soft, diffused light in the evening, bright light during the day. A curtain rod backlight is included—by turning it on alone, you can create a soft, intimate atmosphere with a subtle accent of light.
Gold accents are carefully balanced throughout the interior. They are integrated into lamps, furniture legs, and kitchen and bathroom fittings. This gold is not ostentatious, but warm, sophisticated, visually unifying the space and lending it timeless elegance.
All upholstered furniture and textiles are in a trendy beige palette. Velvety fabrics, cozy throws, and tactilely pleasing upholstery. Blackout curtains completely block out light, creating the feeling of a protected cocoon—perfect for sleep and relaxation.
The bed is designed to appear to float above the floor. The structure is hidden, and the bed itself appears to float—an expression of lightness, aesthetics, and a technologically advanced approach. Above the bed is a simple decorative panel and a stylish textured molding solution. The bedside tables are mounted to the wall, creating a floating effect
and freeing up floor space while maintaining functional storage.
The kitchen is simple, functional, and stylish. The cabinets have a velvety texture, and the panels extend to the ceiling—a trendy seamless wall design. The pattern is carefully chosen so that the veins align perfectly, creating a seamless composition. Built-in appliances (dishwasher, microwave with grill, cooktop, and frost-free refrigerator) are concealed behind the cabinet doors. The sink is finished in a sophisticated gold color, resistant to scratches and tarnishing.
The dining area is a special highlight. A round white table with a textured gold column base and cappuccino-colored chairs with soft upholstery. This space is perfect for a romantic dinner, morning coffee, or a cozy evening reading session.
The entrance door is massive, weighing 130 kg, with three levels of security and a large mirror on the inside. It reflects light, visually expanding the space, and is conveniently located next to the wardrobe.
The walk-in closet is a hidden gem of the apartment. It’s thoughtfully designed down to the last detail: high shelves for suitcases, open niches for long garments, and a space for household items. It accommodates everything while remaining invisible from the
outside.
The bathroom is like a luxury hotel. Particular attention is paid to the symmetrical pattern of the porcelain tile slabs: the mirrored marble texture creates a symmetrical effect that looks particularly expensive. Gold accents along the tile edges emphasize luxury, yet in a discreet, sophisticated manner. All surfaces that come into contact with the feet are made of matte, non-slip porcelain tile, while the rest of the tiles are glossy, creating a play of reflections and light.
The bathroom mirror with soft integrated lighting is not only aesthetically pleasing but also a thoughtful element: it can be turned on separately, eliminating the need for ambient lighting at night. Several lighting options are available: ceiling lighting, mirror lighting only, or a pendant light, creating an atmosphere ranging from invigorating to romantic.
The washer-dryer is integrated into the interior, eliminating the need for laundry to be hung in plain sight—discreet, convenient, and modern.
The finishing touch is a retro coffee machine in a creamy hue, creating a visual accent and an atmosphere of attention to detail. This decorative piece says, “Here, people live with taste and self-love.”
This apartment is a true case study in high-gloss design: it combines the comfort of urban living, visual lightness, thoughtful ergonomics, and contemporary design solutions.

Apartment 2 – the softness of air and the radiance of light
The second apartment continues the idea of luxurious compactness, taking the best from the first studio: a sense of high class, impeccable geometric lines, and a harmony of textures and materials. Here, too, every detail has been carefully considered, from the lighting to the storage system, but a single color scheme completely transforms the apartment.
The dominant emotion is lightness. Sky-blue accents in the furniture fill the space with airiness and visual freshness. The interior seems to breathe.
The white matte kitchen cabinets are complemented by wooden upper cabinets – a contrast that adds warmth and naturalness to the composition. Gold accents are also retained throughout the interior, emphasizing the overall style of glossy, understated luxury.
One of the most pleasing features is the mirror opposite the bed. Waking up, a person sees themselves reflected in the room, filled with morning light. This creates a sense of inner dialogue with the space and energizes them for the day. Apartment 2 is another stylish example of how to create not just a compact home, but an atmospheric, bright, and inspiring space that makes living a pleasure.

Apartment 3 – Bold Depth and Rugged Elegance
This apartment is not about compromise. It is bold, expressive, and completely self- sufficient. Here, dark shades and rich textures are not hidden, but rather resonate loudly – in the walls, in the furniture panels, in the mirrors, in the dramatic contrasts. The interior evokes emotions and creates an atmosphere of space in which you want to stay, retreat, feel, live, and create.
The color palette is built on deep dark tones, combined with the noble texture of the wood. Particularly noteworthy is the paneled wooden wall behind the sofa – it visually separates the sitting area, creating a sense of architectural volume and depth. This is an interior with character: a little masculine, a little predatory, yet at the same time intuitively cozy. Interestingly, it was originally conceived as a “masculine” space, but women are increasingly choosing it for its depth of color and unique atmosphere.
The floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall opposite the sofa not only expands the space but also creates a cinematic effect—especially in the evening, with the lighting on. It reflects the cozy dining area, the light from the chandelier, and the tulle swaying from the open window.
The dining area is a stage in itself in this apartment. A round table with two deep blue armchairs sits directly under the lamp, creating an intimate, almost theatrical composition. It’s the perfect spot for an evening dinner for two, with the city lights outside and the warmth of the chandelier reflected in the mirror.
The focal point of the apartment is the electric fireplace opposite the bed. It sets the tone: it can crackle, change the color of the flame, warm, or simply set the mood. It transforms the bedroom into a sanctuary, the perfect urban retreat—especially when you’re lying in bed, gazing at the flames and hearing the wind rustle the curtains by the open window.
All the functional elements are thoughtfully designed to not weigh down the space. Airy hanging bedside tables don’t take up floor space, yet they serve their purpose perfectly.
The sofa folds out, transforming into a full-fledged extra bed for guests. And the kitchen, while fully functional, feels like an extension of the design studio: stylish, understated, almost artistic. It’s fully equipped, from the cooktop and dishwasher to the coffee machine and built-in appliances.
Lighting scenarios allow you to customize the mood. Lighting can be controlled by zones, and individual sources—a chandelier, directional spotlights, mirror lighting, or decorative lamps—allow you to create an atmosphere for any mood: from a focused evening to a relaxed movie night.
Two full-length windows with floor-to-ceiling curtains create a sense of space. On a hot day, you can open both windows, and the wind will orchestrate the light and shadow, playing across the space.
This apartment doesn’t try to please everyone. It’s like a work of contemporary design: expressive, cohesive, and powerful. It’s ideal for those who appreciate architectural depth, striking aesthetics, and know what they want from a space.
