Project description from design firms Quatrobase Studio
The showroom for the premium furniture manufacturer Planeta Design shows the factory’s expertise in crafting high-end custom furniture and its limitless ability to bring any design concept to life. Every piece in the showroom, including wall panels, interior doors, kitchen and wardrobe sets, beds, sofas, dining tables, and more, was uniquely designed to reflect the brand’s signature style.

Conceptually, the showroom is divided into two equal parts: one for adults and one for children. The adult area includes a meeting room (the “dining room”) featuring a cloud-shaped table, a copper-finished kitchen with a sculpted island, a wardrobe with volumetric facades, and a striking powder room. This showroom part is more subdued in style, yet seamlessly connected to the children’s section by a flowing light fixture that runs through the entire space.

The children’s area is a dynamic space divided into functional zones. It is filled with playful, imaginative elements without resorting to overtly childish motifs. Highlights include bunk beds, a home office, a storage system with a convenient sample table, and a coffee table resembling “dragon eggs.” The children’s theme is enhanced by vibrant colors like yellow and lilac, harmonizing with the adult area’s color accents.
