An apartment is a self-contained housing unit (a type of residential real estate) that occupies part of a building, generally on a single story. There are many names for these overall buildings. The housing tenure of apartments also varies considerably, from large-scale public housing, to owner occupancy within what is legally a condominium (strata title or commonhold), to tenants renting from a private landlord.

One day, a friend of mine approached me and said that he had suddenly decided to buy an apartment. So began our long journey together, almost a year long, from concrete to the dream apartment.
From this penthouse apartment designed by architect Raz Melamed, you can gaze at the serene view that stretches from the home onward to the luxurious golf courses of the neighbourhood. At the same time, the waves from the sea that face the house both through the large windows, and in the art adorning the walls with the foam of waves and the serenity of water.
When a few years ago a married couple found their charming old house not far from Kyiv, they only ever intended it to be a country retreat, a place to escape to and from the city on the weekends. Then came the pandemic and our customers discovered something of a taste for country life. That’s why they spend most of their time at the house.
