Project description from design firms Crystal.archi
The interior layout is divided into functional zones with elements of open space and the use of different materials to delineate the boundaries of these zones.
The foundation of the interior design is the contrast between light and dark elements of finishes and furniture. Light white oak veneer is applied to the walls and furniture elements. The flooring consists of black glossy slate and engineered wood in a tone that matches the white oak veneer. The color scheme of the interior features a contrasting combination of floor coverings, which delineates the space.
Attention should be drawn to the connection of wall finishes in different functional zones. In the bedroom and living zones, a graphic division is applied using vertical black inserts located between veneered wall panels and decorative plaster resembling concrete. This decorative technique is used in the main areas of the interior, unifying them into a cohesive composition.
The interior features high-quality finishes and a layout solution akin to hotel apartments. The sleeping area is integrated with the master bathroom in a single space, separated by a glass sliding partition.
The most exclusive element of the interior is the glass partition between the living room and the kitchen. It is custom-designed from tinted knee glass, with a central part made of black stemalite, on which a television is mounted.

Living Room
The windows provide a panoramic view of the park alongside the urban skyline. The intimacy of the interior is enhanced by the use of warm light and dark neutral shades, creating a cozy and tranquil atmosphere. A zoning glass partition made of tinted knee glass, fixed by two black metal profiles coated with textured powder paint, separates the living area from the dining zone. A television and soundbar are positioned on the central insert of black stemalite.
The volumes of the soft furniture invite relaxation in the living area, encouraging engagement in domestic activities. The dark gray sofa—Blok, from La Forma—serves as an accent in the living space, standing out against the white wall and veneered panels. On the wall hangs a painting by artist Elina Maximova titled “A Hint of Clarity” from Backbone Gallery, featuring the main color tones that characterize the mood of the space. Next to the sofa is a floor lamp—Tripod HM8 Black, from &Tradition—whose silhouette stands out against the light panels.
Concealed plaster ceiling lights are installed in a line with the vertical divisions of the facades. In the corridor area, the black glossy stone floor contrasts with the light facades of the wardrobe made from veneered panels.
In the corner by the window, a reading zone is organized with a Dunas XL armchair from Inclass and a mirrored coffee table in a golden finish, Block from Bo Concept. A miniature painting on the plaster wall by artist Elina Maximova complements the composition of the reading area.

Kitchen
The kitchen area is situated between two volumes: the balcony and the guest restroom. The kitchen facades are crafted from dark painted panels. The backsplash and countertop are of the same color, creating a light gray niche within the kitchen volume.
The working area niche features a quartz stone countertop from Caesarstone and a backsplash made of light large-format ceramic granite, separating the monumental volume of the kitchen with dark facades. The diagonal composition of the Centrsvet Aurora chandelier on the ceiling mirrors the legs of the Yasmin chairs from La Forma in leather, harmonizing well with the Atta dining table featuring a ceramic top and angled steel legs from La Forma. A vase—Home Art and a dish—101 Copenhagen from L’Appartement are placed on the dining table.
The plane of the kitchen facades transitions into the volume of the balcony wardrobe, creating a unified facade line and integrating the space. The square shape of the Qbik lights for illuminating the backsplash area complements the rectangular forms of the painted facades.

Guest Restroom
The volume of the guest restroom, clad in dark large-format ceramic granite from Laminam, is designed to resemble wet concrete. A concealed tall door is integrated into the volume, with the ceramic granite mounted into the door leaf. The door handle is a Tupai model featuring an inlaid ceramic granite insert. The dark stone slate floor from the living room transitions into the guest restroom.
A portion of the restroom is finished with veneered panels, behind which is a wardrobe niche and access to the laundry area. On the opposite wall, there is a wall-mounted black sink made of artificial stone with a concealed drain, featuring a faucet that matches its color. The restroom lighting utilizes Centrsvet Qbik fixtures in a dark finish.
Bedroom
The bedroom features a bed and a workspace with a wardrobe. The combined restroom is separated from the bedroom by a transparent tinted sliding partition, creating a unified space.
The custom bed has upholstery on the headboard and base made from fabric resembling decorative plaster. The bedding is from Ateliertatic with a dark border. The bed stands out against the gray headboard wall, which features black glossy glass stripes similar to those on the wardrobe with wooden panels in the living room. This decorative technique connects the two functionally different spaces—the bedroom and the living room.
The wall-mounted bedside tables, finished with veneer, are designed according to a custom sketch. On the table is a sculpture from Ferm Living by GK Concept. The rectangular horizontal shape of the bedside wall lamps echoes the glass radiator on the wall under the window.
A console table with drawers for storing papers transitions into the volume of the ceiling. A swivel chair—Vienna from Bo Concept—is positioned at the workspace. The wall panels in the working area feature a wall sconce designed by Yana Tikhonenko from Plush Design.
Veneered panels of the wardrobe transition to the ceiling finish and the workspace, separating the sleeping area from the bathroom. A sliding partition with tinted glass is installed in the opening between the spaces, allowing natural light to enter the bathroom, reminiscent of hotel apartments.

Bathroom
In the master bathroom, the primary concept is to highlight the volume of the bathtub, which transitions into a console vanity with an integrated sink, custom-designed from artificial stone Caesarstone. The vanity incorporates pull-out drawers for storage. Above the sink, there is a tall mirror with backlighting.
The walls are clad in large-format ceramic granite mimicking concrete. In the shower area, large-format ceramic granite resembling textured metal is used, where the shower controls and bathtub spout are located. A tropical rain shower is integrated into the ceiling.
